Well, I am still here and I still exist! I teach pre-kindergarten, and the kids started up at school this week. Every year, I am surprised how much energy it takes to settle them in! But I have a great slow-cooker recipe from this past week to share with you, so check back in tomorrow.
As for the week coming up...here's what we have planned!
-- Panini Night: Tomato, Cheese, and Basil Panini AND Pizza Panini
-- Pesto, Spinach, and Broccoli Pizza
-- Cold Soy Sesame Noodles and Spring Rolls
-- Spicy Honey-Nut Chicken with Barbecued Succotash
Anyone have any exciting recipes planned for next week? Do share!

ReplyDeleteWow it sounds like you've been slammed. Your upcoming recipes sound fantastic. I am traveling all next week so I won't be cooking but I made flank steak fajitas tonight that I'll be posting soon. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe first week of school is always exhausting...I'm just impressed that you are still cooking so many inventive and delicious meals! I have no idea what we are eating for dinner this week...I wish our menu was as planned and pretty as yours!
ReplyDeleteMy mom is a pre-K teacher also and the first week, when the kids are still apprehensive about being there, is definitely the hardest!
ReplyDeleteEverything you're making this week sounds so good to me. I love all the panini and pizza!
