Sneak Peek at Next Week

Can you believe it's the weekend again?  Well, I'm not complaining! 
Here's our plan for next week:

-- Pasta with Chilli, Tomatoes, and Mozzarella
-- Chilli Cashew Chicken Noodles
-- Pizza Napoli (on French Bread!)
-- Southwestern Bean Soup with Cornmeal Dumplings

    It does feel like it was just yesterday that I was telling you how amazing your upcoming week of food looked. Tonight is no different! Those cornmeal dumplings sound out of this world!
